The brief History of Mission India Bible College Trivandrum, Kerala
Mission India Bible College is one of the regional Bible Colleges in India to offer theological education and leadership development with a vision to reach out to South Asia and beyond. This college is established by its founder and President Rev. Dr. Saji K. Lukos.
Mission India is developing leaders and serving the community by the compassion of God through various humanitarian services such as Mercy Homes for the orphan, semi- orphan, poor, and needy destitute children, medical camps, literacy programs, and self-help income-generating projects to empower the poor. Mission India is an indigenous leading ministry in South Asia.
In the year 1995, Mission India's work in Kerala started at Koothuparambu by sending its first evangelist Pr. Vivekanandan. The work has grown as Church Planting ministry, gradually and God opened a way to start our Bible College as an evening program in the year of 2004 in the residence of Pr. SP Samuel at Uriacode, Trivandrum.
In the year 2005, Mission India Bible College started its full-time residential course in a rented house nearby and continued there till the inauguration of its own newly built campus at Mulayara on March 27th, 2009.
Within this period, it's our privilege that our 449 graduates serve the LORD in various parts of India and beyond. Today, God continues to raise up indigenous Christian leaders for expansion of His Kingdom.
Mission India Bible College offers both the Residential (Campus-Based) and the Non-Residential (Church-Based Theological Education) Programs to allow everyone who has a genuine interest to learn God's Word based on the eligibility criteria. Our experienced, qualified faculties and staffs are committed to this ministry.
We offer scholarship to limited deserving candidates whose situations can meet the terms and conditions of scholarship policies of MIBC.

God's mission is to draw together a people committed to Christ from "every tribe and language and people and nation." (Rev. 5:9) We believe that our main task is to plant , lead and serve the local churches of Mission India and others in India and around the world.
Therefore, Mission India Bible College and Mission India teams strive to create an environment to provide students with the best theological training with various kinds of ministry opportunities. We are dedicated to the inerrancy of Scripture and the Lordship of Christ. Yet, we allow diversity in other matters making it possible for students from different ethnic backgrounds to study, worship and serve together. Since the quality of faculty is an important aspect in shaping the character of students, MIBC has drawn faculty with vibrant faith, good academic credentials, field ministry experience and a passion for empowering students to reach their maximum potential.
Mission India Bible College offers Certificate in Theology(C.Th), Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th), Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) and Master of Divinity (M.Div) progarams which emphasize on Church Planting and the mission of God. We carefully assess each student’s situation and provide different forms of scholarship to help the needy students to pursue their studies at our campus and equip themselves for the ministry.
In the words of Apostle Peter, “ But you are the ones chosen by God for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do His work and speak out for Him, to tell others of the night and day difference. He made for you from nothing to something, from being rejected to accepted.” (I Pet. 2:9)

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!!
It is my joy and privilege to introduce Mission India Bible College, Trivandrum, Kerala—a regional theological training center of Mission India, founded by Rev. Dr. Saji K. Lukos. Our vision is to train and equip Christ-like leaders who will faithfully engage in God’s mission with dedication and courage.
The words of Isaiah 6:8, “Here am I! Send me,” remind us that mission is not merely an activity but a wholehearted surrender. God continues to seek those willing to say “Yes” to His purpose, step out in faith, and carry His message to the nations. Mission India Bible College was born out of this spirit of obedience and commitment to God’s call.
Since its beginnings in Kerala in 1995, and with the establishment of the Bible College in Thiruvananthapuram in 2005, the Lord has graciously expanded this ministry. Today, MIBC offers programs ranging from Certificate in Theology (C.Th) and Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th) to Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) and Master of Divinity (M.Div). We also provide an Online Counselling Course for local pastors, combining academic strength with practical, church-based training in a spiritually enriching environment.
